Message from TMB
Hi gals, from some of the feedback that I've received, I understand that some of you are having problems entering and viewing the site. I am currently in the process of correcting these problems, so do let me know what kind of problems you faced when attempting to surf TMB and I'll get to work asap to solve the problems.
As this place is still new and fresh, there's currently limited stock available. Please hold onto this space and wait patiently as TMB brings you more pleasures and surprises in the near future.
Meanwhile, it would be greatly appreciated if you can share this new place with your friends and families.
1. How to order?
Drop a comment or send TMB an email in the following format:

(Item colour & size, if available)
(Name)
(Email)
And I will get back to you asap. Do check your emails as and when on the same day you leave the comment.
2. What if I have an enquiry for a particular item?
Feel free to drop me a comment with your questions and I'll try my best to answer them. Meanwhile, you can choose to email me directly at magic.box.the@gmail.com
3. When and how do I make payment?
Kindly make all payments within 2 days upon the sending out of the confirmation email. Otherwise, your order will be cancelled and made available to the next interested buyer.
Payments can be made through ATM Transfers or Internet Banking to DBS account. Concealed cash via snail mail though acceptable, is not encouraged. TMB will not be responsible for the risks involved.
For meetups, payments still have to reach TMB within the designated time frame as mentioned above.
4. Shipping Information
Unless otherwise stated, charges for shipping are as follows: Standard mail: $1 Registered mail: $3
Meetups are only available at convenient locations such as Toa Payoh Interchange, Balestier, NUS (Only during school terms), and Orchard, depending on my schedule.
5. How are the measurements made?
All measurements are made in inches due to convenience and for easy reference, and also, according to the apparel's cut (eg. low-waist, capped-sleeve, etc).
All pictures will contain the exact measurements as stated. If buyers are still not sure about the size, feel free to ask by leaving a comment or emailing TMB. For instructions on making an enquiry, please refer to Q2.
6. How long do I have to wait for my item to arrive?
Normally the items will be sent out within 2 days at the end of your successful transaction. In the event whereby TMB is taking orders for a specific item, the duration needed will be reflected together with the item.
7. Do I have to check the site everytime for updates?
Yes and no. If you find it a chore to constantly check the site for updates, you can simply join our mailing list above and we'll inform you through your email address on any updates of TMB.
8. What else do I have to take note of?
a) Only leave a comment for an order when you are very certain of buying. This includes making sure that the item is suitable for you in terms of size, cut, and colour. Do not feel too shy to make any enquiries in your emails or comments as this is to your benefit, not ours. =)
b) All prices stated are fixed and non-negotiable. We all know that this is no wet market.
c) All purchases made are not refundable.
d) Kindly do not leave repetitions of your orders to prevent confusion. Always refresh the page after you've made your order to check that your comment has gone through.
e) Last but not least, TMB welcomes all feedback and responses from our customers so feel free to flood our inbox. We love to hear from you. (But do not take the chance to flood our inbox with spams though!)
